Here at Blmommy we strive to ensure every Beauty & Lifestyle Mommy® brand item is thoroughly inspected before shipping and that sizes match what is ordered. Sizing charts are available to ensure you choose the correct size before placing your order. If there is an error on our part, we will exchange your item. Since some items are limited runs and other may sell out quickly, we cannot ensure the correct size of the same style will be available. In that case, since it was our error, we will be happy to refund the cost of the item (less ship cost) back to you or offer you a different product or store credit when we receive the item in the same condition you received it, otherwise, we do not honor any other type of refund, including but not limited to change of mind, wrong size ordered, duplicate orders (unless communicated right away) or as a result of not reading our listings.

 

If you need to contact us regarding a possible return, please contact us at INFO@BLMOMMY.COM. Social media contact cannot bet accepted for time sensitive inquiries due to the high amount of followers we have. We will be glad to answer your questions, so you order what's best for you.  

About shipping: All items are made to order and require 4-5 weeks. Please make sure your address is correct before submitting your order, as we cannot change it once the order is placed. Once your item has changed hands with USPS, we are not responsible for the package. USPS is our method of shipping, and they are responsible for getting you your package safely and in a timely manner. You will be emailed a tracking number that USPS issues to your package (not all countries have this option) in which you can use to track your package. If there is an issue with delivery or receiving your item once it has shipped, USPS will be able to assist you. If you need your package by a certain date, please email us to ask us if it is possible before placing your order. It will depend on our order volume at the time. We cannot accommodate any delivery time requests if not communicated to us first and we cannot cancel an order that was placed with that assumption. Please note that around the holiday season, the post office is extremely busy due to the volume of orders they have to deliver. We cannot in any way ever guarantee an item will be delivered on time during this time, because that is solely controlled by USPS. They usually offer cut off dates around busy times, so please consult with their website for those dates before placing an order.
